"CLOSE YA EYES!"

Jozi Noel has been putting her hands together while we pray for a while now. But, we just started asking her if she'd like to say the blessing for us. Okay, what we really ask her is “do you want to thank Jesus for our bite bites?” She loves to "say" the blessing now and we Love for her to say it too because we are not quite sure what we are going to get each time. But, it's the sweetest thing ever to hear her try. Here's last night rendition (interpretation underneath):

"Blessy, Blessy, Blessy, CLOSE YA EYES, BLESSY... AMEN!"

She said about 10 blessings last night during supper, but that one had to be my favorite. Let me restate that this is my favorite one to date.

The fact that “CLOSE YA EYES” is part of the prayer is absolutely hilarious to me. It’s very obvious what we tell her before we pray! Hehe. I love her sweet little southern accent in this video so much.

I admit. I can’t stop watching it LOL! I’ll definitely be videoing more of these.

There was one more last night that sounded something like this: “READY, SET, JESUS… AMEN!”

SO FUNNY!

But, isn’t that so sweet an amazing that Jesus hears those little southern prayers? I mean the God of the universe hears those funny, sweet, and innocent little prayers! WOW!!

Yesterday, the boys were gone on various fishing trips so the girls went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Minus..Gah Gah… who will definitely need to come on the next outing because we were in need of an extra hand when our food took a little longer and the smallest of the group got a tad hangry. LOL. Seriously.

Saturday afternoon was Wendell and Jerry (Jared’s grandparents) 55th wedding anniversary party at our church! We love them so much.

They are such a wonderful help to us with JN and she loves them to death as well. We are very very thankful for them!

Jozi Noel was in heaven with all of the balloons to play with and people talking and paying her so much attention!!

Joz wasn't feeling to to good though yesterday. We think she's probably got a sinus infection so we just hung out and watched movies after the party. I didn't mind.

Jared kept Joz at home this morning to rest while I taught Sunday School and went to preaching. But, after that just to get her out of the house we ate lunch outside again at Mclaister's Deli.

It's our new favortie. Plus, it's just soo nice out who doesn't want to eat lunch outside on a Sunday?!
