Everyday is Friday, but today is Really Friday

Friday Whoop Whoop!!

It's fun to pretend every day is Friday. Friday's for the most part are always awesome. It's like you can survive most anything because Hey, It's Friday. People are usually really down on Mondee's, but I think the key is to just go into it with a Friday mindset, repeat Tuesday-Thursday, and then before you know it ... it's really here. Hehe. I mean what do you have to lose?

Anyhow today is Friday!! No, really it is.

CrossFit Kids Classes went down on Thursday this week due to teacher's meeting on Tuesday. I really love seeing those kiddos. They are so FUNNY. I think my most favorite part of the whole thing is the randomness of what they can't wait to tell me when we first sit down at the whiteboard. And, these items of so called business they most desperately need to tell, are said with the most serious of voices. It is Awesome. haha. Yesterday, there was a brief showing off of skinned knees. I mean they learn early that those are really trophy's I guess. hehe.

Did this modified wod yesterday due to the fact that my body was feeling pretty drained... knowing why that is is still a mystery. Possibly, just that a rest day is in order. :)

I guess she's right good recovery is the key. ;)

Jared grilled up some veggies and steak last night after he worked out. This is my absolute favorite way to have vegetables so we do this pretty regularly. I am not sure if I was just super hangry, but these were even better than normal.

This workout (Wednesday's): 4 cycles of the 3 min AMRAP listed above followed by a minute rest, was really good, but smoke me. But, that's a good thing. :)

Jared text me yesterday to tell me that Joz put this on and came around the corner saying "wear Mommy's shirt, wear Mommy's shirt." She's starting real young on the Lululemon craze. I loooove how she's starting to put more and more words together.

He also told me when I got home from school that she next picked out the Merle Haggard tshirt (you know the one Jared bought me from all our winning's at Harrah's) and HAD to wear it next. Momma Tried you know.

And, Jared is off this weekend! With his crazy work schedule here lately this is really excting for our little family!! Action pack weekend events to come people. :))
