Okay. Our workout today: Pull them hellla heavy things for a mile. A MILE. Time: 30:21. It was awful and several times I thought about quitting.
But, either way I would have had to carry it back so I just kept going. haha. None the less glad to not be pulling it anymore and glad I didn't quit.
Now, the question is are the best wods the ones you are mind battling quitting? I mean I guess most of the time you think about it, but I mean the wods that you really think you may quit or die or cry... Anyhow, I was at that point today.
So it was a really good wod.
Plus, the other sled was being pulled by my wod/teaching bud, Jon, who had the brilliant idea. Not to mention he got ask by a guy that was in a work truck at our school working on some sort of something, "Are y'all training for that American Ninja Warrior Sh*t?"
That may be the quote of the week. Not sure it can be topped.


Yes, I used organic salsa (beans and corn) but, I'm not claiming to be strict paleo right now anywho. This is my third day on the Sunday night premade lunch plan and I was ready for a change of pace today so hence the salsa. I love how easy it is to just grab lunch, but gonna have to change it up next week I believe.

I got this picture from Jared today. Clearly, I left the dry erase makers out from doing the CFKids board the other night. Whoops. And. She is clearly not guilty of writing on her own arm. Sike.

I love bathtime. It's really the only time other than prenight TV time that Joz is still. But, it's nice to just sit for a second and listen to her.
